Daydreaming is the method we use. It's probably the easiest you can do in our opinion. You might already be daydreaming.You simply just daydream. Close your eyes or not. Your call.It might not be a passive headspace, sadly if you have to daydream to access it. (Saying this as a monoconscious system, however) But it's a headspace.

The top layer is Phantasia, and the second layer is Prophantasia.
Phantasia is how you think of a thing.
Prophantasia is how you literally see a thing.You don't need prophantasia to make a headspace! You can create one just based on phantasia. That's how we function. Sure, it can help, but it's not a requirement.
